NI OPERA ASSOCIATE ARTISTS

NI Opera Associate Artists (Producer)

I designed and implemented the Associate Artists programme at NI Opera during the Covid-19 lockdowns of 2020 and 2021.  As the architect of the Associate Artists, I programmed, scheduled and managed the scheme, providing employment for opera singers, choral singers, conductors, directors, facilitators, photographers, videographers and sound engineers.  For 22 of these opera practitioners, there was repeat employment.  While operational, the Associate Artists hired 27 arts practitioners and delivered 26 events with 22 community partners (including schools, businesses, charities, city councils and support services), reaching socially distanced / online audiences of 2000+.
