La Dirindina is headed for a stellar career on the opera stage. At least that is what he has been told, and who wouldn't trust a lecherous singing teacher and an overly ambitious colleague with dubious motivations? Join us for La Dirindina's adventurous journey to La Scala... sort of.
In May 2019, NI Opera's Studio realised this 18th century operatic farce by Scarlatti and Martini to life with touring performances at the Black Box and Harty Room (QUB) Belfast as well as the Montalto Estate in Ballynahinch.
